Katie + Alex at Runnymede Farm

Katie and Alex were so lucky to have their wedding at the Runnymede Farm in Woodside, Ca.  Known for their beautiful landscaping & sculptures that you can see from highway 280, this family owned farm hosts very few weddings.  Katie assured me that this was going to be an amazing place to take photos and she was right!  Without a coordinator, Katie had Caterman Catering do the food & table decorations and her friend Summer Dittmer did the beautiful flowers.  I arrived an hour early and was so happy to see the endless amount of photo options at this beautiful place.   We used the hills, the trees, the sculptures…it really was a photographer’s dream.  Katie and Alex are very sweet and the easiest couple to get along with.  They were very accommodating to my desire to document the entire property – and they had fun doing it. (At least they said they did – ha ha)  I thank them again for having me shoot their wonderful wedding:)

Brittany + Larry in Carmel Valley

Brittany and Larry are the sweetest couple and VERY talented!  Brittany is an amazing speech therapist and used to roll in the Bay Area Derby Girls before moving back to Monterey, Ca.  Larry can make anything!! From his delicious ‘5 And Dime’ beer he made for the wedding to cheeses and wines – if it needs to ferment, Larry can do it!  When they asked me to shoot their wedding at Brittany’s uncle’s stunning house in Carmel Valley I was so happy.  Both their parents did the decorations and made the yummy jams.  Grapes of Wrath did the delicious catering and one of her dearest friends was their coordinator, it was really a do it yourself wedding!  I had so much fun at this event, I even danced a bit and enjoyed a home brewed beer.  Thanks again Britt & Larry for making my job so fun! (This wedding was featured on “And Something Blue”!  See the post – CLICK HERE!)

Una Bella Sera 2010 + Craneway Pavilion

It was my first time attending and shooting the Una Bella Sera last year at the Craneway Pavilion, and what a treat!  This wonderful networking event was put on by Amaze Special Events and Nicole Ha Designs and it was absolutely beautiful.  I have posted a few of my favorite images from the event including images of cupcakes by Jen’s Cakes, sushi by Michi Sushi and the team from Corinthian International Parking Services.  It was an exciting afternoon where many vendors were able to show of their wonderful talents.  Thanks again Crystal Lequang and Nicole Ha for inviting me to your beautiful event:)
