The last (but not lest) portrait of my Sacramento weekend was with another dear friend from High School and her lovely family. Since the arrival of their baby Myla they decided it was time to have a family portrait. First we started shooting on their skate ramp they they built in the backyard (how cool is that) and then it turned into costume wearing, bed jumping and stuffed animal madness. The Toll family is so cute I had so much fun with them. They have to date printed the largest print of any portrait client, a 30×24!! When it came in the mail I thought I ordered the wrong size! I am so glad they love their photos:)
Since I was already in Sacramento shooting I scheduled a long overdue portrait with another family and dear friends of mine, the Cisco’s. Their sweet baby Olivia knows what it takes to be cute and a diva! Her hilarious sass and adorable smile kept us all laughing. We also shot this portrait in beautiful Land Park. It was tough, but we got a few smiles and a LOT of adorable attitude out of Olivia.
The sweet little Henson family, how I love thee! Its funny to post this session since little Lennox now has a baby brother Leo born in November 2010! This adorable “people that come in the frame” family are dear friends of mine and incredibly photogenic. We did the shoot in Lank Park in Sacramento where I grew up, a perfect place for any kind of photography. I can’t wait to shoot this new family of four…love you guys:)
